An elegant Riesling, fine herbs and spices, subtle yeasty notes. On the palate, this sparkling wine combines freshness with sweet fruit along with mineral notes, the mousse is subtle yet substantial, giving the wine finesse and lightness, good length.

The mousse is fresh and at the same time remains discreet, bringing a refreshing Riesling piquancy in the finish.
