Degorgiert 2/2023. multi-layered savouriness in the fragrance, lemon balm and valerian, large wooden barrel, spontaneous fermentation, almost curry-like notes. In the mouth, the wine has a beautiful fullness, fine sweetness gives the palate savouriness and volume, the mousse is fresh and at the same time remains subtle. A refreshing Riesling spiciness finishes the sip.
