Subtle, yet intense on the nose, with a chalky coolness and lots of savouriness, notes of lemon balm, tarragon, chervil, fresh lemons, orange zest and honeydew melon. On the palate, lively acidity and savouriness pervade the powerful and creamy base, with hearty phenolics, caramelized hints of yellow fruit, mineral and salty notes, intense and long.
