Tasting Notes
The primary fruit has slowly disappeared from the nose. Notes of tar, smoke, leather, high density. The black plum and sour cherry aroma returns on the palate. Carried by a very nice acidity, embedded in an excellent structure. As with the "simple" cuvée "Wilhelm", the oldest wine also receives the most points here. Convincing concept, geared towards longevity.
