This summer, two of Northwestern Europe’s most acclaimed culinary voices unite for one exclusive evening as Viki Geunes of Zilte joins Eric Vildgaard at Jordnær for a rare four-hands collaboration.

Two of Europe’s most distinguished fine dining destinations are set to come together this summer as Viki Geunes, chef of the three Michelin-starred Zilte, travels to Copenhagen for an exclusive collaboration dinner with Eric Vildgaard at the three Michelin-starred Jordnær.

The one-night-only event brings together two kitchens celebrated for their uncompromising pursuit of precision, purity and emotional intensity. Geunes is internationally recognised for his refined Belgian cuisine, defined by elegance, technical clarity and restraint, while Vildgaard’s Nordic-Japanese approach at Jordnær has earned global acclaim for its pristine seafood, delicate broths and deeply personal expression of Scandinavian hospitality.

Together, the chefs promise an evening shaped by craftsmanship, seasonality and a dialogue between two distinct yet highly complementary culinary philosophies. Given the international stature of both restaurants and the rarity of the collaboration, seats are expected to be exceptionally limited.
