Tasting Notes
Bright, brightening garnet red. Appealing nose with multi-layered notes of cinchona bark, dried porcini mushrooms and pickled cherry, plus some smoke and dark chocolate. Surprisingly fresh and vivid on the palate, lively, vivid acidity gives the wine a lot of tension, fine-meshed tannins, lingers for a very long time, an experience!
