The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC, vintage 2009 from the winery Bertani has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Clear ruby red with light garnet rim. Very restrained nose, lightly of orange zest, dried tomatoes, a bit of strawberry. On the palate notion juicy and polished, round, expands gently and velvety, great freshness, pithy mid-palate, long echo, still seems very young.
