Tasting Notes
Light yellow in colour, delicate sparkle. Subtle aromas of quince, greengage, pear, beeswax, chamomile and elderflower on the nose, plus marzipan and brioche. On the palate, a balanced interplay between moderately fresh acidity, creamy mousse and a clear dosage that emphasises the yellow-fruit aromas. A light-footed, catchy crémant.
