Tasting Notes
Strong carmine-garnet colour, delicately undercoated, watery rim. Very fine dark berry fruit on the nose, delicate nougat, a hint of mint, subtle Florentine flavour, multi-faceted. Complex, juicy, fine tannins, slightly metallic, background with ripe plum fruit, fresh structure, very fine vegetal nuances on the finish, lingers well, mineral aftertaste. Still in good condition from the single bottle. (Drink +10).
