Tasting Notes
Deep carmine-garnet colour, delicately underglazed, watery rim. Dark berry fruit on the nose with a delicate herbal-spicy background, a hint of raspberry pulp, tobacco-smoky nuances. Subtle vegetal savouriness, full-bodied, shows good complexity, fine red forest berry confit, fresh acid structure, good drinking animosity, red berries in the finish, lemony touch, still has some certain ageing potential. (Drink +15).
