Tasting Notes
Strong carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Red berry confit, a hint of caramel, mint, tobacco and a hint of cassis, subtle notes of dried porcini mushrooms, nuances of black truffle, impressive old wine bouquet, benefits greatly from air. Medium body, some nougat, subtle sweetness, red berry confit on the finish, salty and lemon aftertaste, lingers well, fine touch of chocolate caramel on the finish. A real legend, without doubt still a very impressive wine. (drink).
