Medium ruby with purple reflections and a slightly watery edge. On the nose, restrained hints of suede, subtle herbal savouriness, wild berry confit and sweet cherries. On the palate, mineral and tightly structured, with soft, subtle fruit and lemony-salty notes on the finish.
