The red wine Paleo Rosso Toscana IGT, vintage 2017 from the winery Le Macchiole has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, rich ruby with light purple shimmer. Very expressive nose, shows notes of wild blueberries, fruit and spice, strong tobacco, exciting. On the palate there's dense tannin, substance with fine spice, slightly brittle on the finish.
