Deep, dense ruby with purple glints. A zesty bouquet, opening up to rich forest fruit, blackthorn, and wild thyme, a hint of liquorice and mint leaves. Velvety mouthfeel, finely woven, with a delicate acidic nerve, ample dark fruit, well-balanced and round with a long finish.
