The red wine »Cuvée Wilhelm Réserve«, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Wageck Pfaffmann has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot
The fragrance is still rather closed. Mint, red currant, sweet almond. In the mouth, the wine develops some drive, the fine tannin increases on the palate, the acidity is well integrated, a pinch of minerality spices up the compact, aromatically again very closed finish.
