Tasting Notes
The colour of the cuvée tends towards purple and so do the aromas: black cherry and black pepper. Also cassis and a slightly floral aniseed note. Clearly astringent on the palate. The tannins and acidity still need some time to harmonise. The overall picture is very promising.
