From October 24 to December 2, various goose dishes are on the menu. In addition to the Manrtinigansl from the Weber organic farm in the Waldviertel with orange red cabbage, potato dumplings, baked apple and chestnuts, a goose soup and goose liver parfait will also be served. The crowning glory of the 4-course menu is a mandarin chocolate with pistachios and roasted almonds. A vegetarian 4-course menu is also on offer. It starts with a vegetarian foie gras with tree cake, prickly pear and port wine. A roasted Jerusalem artichoke soup is then served, followed by roasted potato and red cabbage dumplings. Dessert is also served with mandarin chocolate.
