Tasting Notes
Delicate fruit, wild cherry, sloe, black tea, also a ripe, almost truffly note, buttery, cassis with air contact. Exposed on the palate, an insistent tension of oiliness and grainy-material components, has a lot of density, a seamlessly integrated, ripe acidity, still appears comparatively youthful. Enamel and noble astringency on the finish, aromatically complex aftertaste that is still a long way from being fully developed.
More about the tastingSparkling, intense ruby purple; dense, inviting nose with lots of dark berry fruit, blackberries and elderberries, fine smoky notes in the background, somewhat mineral; full-bodied on the palate, unfolds with dense, supple tannins, lots of blackberry fruit, round and balanced, a little alcoholic on the finish, lingers for a long time.
