Tasting Notes
Blueberry, black cherry confit and pencil tip. Meat soup and some menthol. Discreet wood, nougat, coconut, speculoos biscuits. Soft, expansive and oily base, sandy tannins, very cultivated tannins, imperceptible acidity, herbal-spicy Chianti-like finish flavours, plus extra fruit. Cool impression, great freshness, the alcohol is seamlessly countered. Salty to soapy-mineral finish notes. Pure elegance (in the sense of slender density).
More about the tastingPowerful, bright ruby violet. Balanced and calm nose, rich aromas of dark currants, blackberries, chocolate and tobacco. Lots of juicy, clear fruit on the attack, dark berries, opens up with fine, dense tannins, very clear, good pressure on the finish.
