Tasting Notes
Beginning of ripeness, rich bouquet, herbs, some syrup, some leather, juniper, damp stone. On the palate with an almost sweetish fullness, but also with a powerful core, lots of vapour and a dense texture, full-bodied, with very ripe tannins at the transition from astringency to fullness, great tension, which resolves very juicily and homogeneously mild, long fruity finish, very intense tactile-mineral.
More about the tastingRich, impenetrable ruby-purple; enormously dense nose, full of dark blackberries and elderberries, fine chocolate tones in the background; very juicy and concentrated on the palate at the same time, crisp fruit, lots of fine-grained tannin on the finish.
