Tasting Notes
Light yellow green colour. Fine nuances of yellow pear, delicate grapefruit zest, fine meadow herbs, mineral touch. Powerful, ripe orange, pronounced in fruit yellow apple fruit, fine acidity, mineral touch, lingers well, salty finish, tight-knit and complex, fine lemony aftertaste, will benefit greatly from further bottle ageing.
