Tasting Notes
Green-yellow in colour. Citrus zest, peach, mango and a fine herbal savouriness on the nose, with some nutty brioche and mineral notes too. The palate is rich and multi-layered with a core of apricot backed by a racy acidity structure. It lingers for a very long time, with lemony nuances to the salty finish. Certain ageing potential.
