Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky, reductive nuances, candied lime zest, needs some air to open up. Complex, white apple fruit, fresh acidity, finesse and good persistence, fine fruity touch in the aftertaste, a multi-faceted food wine with a future.
