Tasting Notes
Medium brick red, delicately undercoated. Ripe wild berry confit, a hint of beet, dark nougat, fine balsamic nuances, a hint of shiitake mushrooms, tobacco, delicate grapefruit zest. Develops well with air, patience pays off. Nuances of pineapple strawberries on the palate, fresh structure, fine peppery notes, sweet cherry fruit on the finish, fine minerality, good balance, lingers very well, heart cherries in the aftertaste.
