Tasting Notes
Deep brick red colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate cherry confit with tobacco undertones, delicate hints of blackberry, nuances of black olive, with Provençal herbs in the background, dark nougat. Juicy, full-bodied, tannin-rich texture, fine heart cherry, elegant, fresh acidity, interesting because this was the driest year so far, fine extract sweetness, rich in finesse, remains very good, the complex tannins carry this wine, which will reach its peak in about five years. (Store/drink +20).
