Vinifikation Molina Pinot Noir Für diesen modernen und charakterstarken Blauburgunder werden die Trauben der besten Reblagen von Schloss Salenegg geerntet. Diese Rebberge gehörten schon zu Salenegg, als es noch im Besitz von Ritter Anton v. Molina war. Ritter Molina, Taufpate dieses Weines, residierte von 1594 - 1654 leibhaftig auf Schloss Salenegg, wo sein Geist, laut Bündner Sagenbuch, bis heute zuhause ist. Typus: der Moderne Viel Frucht (Erdbeere, Himbeere, Cassis) eingerahmt von zurückhaltend, aber gut eingebauten Barriquearomen, begleitet von erdigen Nuancen, etwas Vanille und leichte Ledernoten runden das komplexe Aromabild ab und verleihen dem Molina einen charakterstarken modernen Auftritt.
