Ripe fruity nose, apple, citrus, white flowers, subtle light stone fruit, also tropical fruit nuances and a mineral spiciness. Rather broad on the palate with a beautiful texture and ripe acidity. Salty, mineral and slightly savoury on the medium-long finish.
