Tasting Notes
Transparent, bright cherry red. Still yeasty on first contact, but positively ventilates into a cherry fruit, accompanied by a classic woody note from the large wooden barrel. Good tannin on the palate, with medium-grained tannin, well-integrated acidity and a still closed palate fruit. Combines cultivated substance with elegance. Best decanted for an hour.
